Lee Jae Wook and Kim Hye Yoon Show Off Adorable Chemistry on tvN’s Reality Show “Fresh Off the Sea 2”
On the June 15 episode of tvN’s variety show Fresh Off the Sea 2, Kim Hye Yoon appeared as a guest and displayed her playful dynamic with Lee Jae Wook.
Throughout the filming, she was caught talking to herself on camera, delivering hilarious running commentary.
At one point, when Lee Jae Wook sighed and said he was tired, Kim responded with, “This isn’t like Jae Wook. He’s not the kind to give up like this. But this is his 10th sigh already!” then teased, “He’s gone soft.”
Even during dinner prep, Kim couldn’t stop chatting. While washing vegetables and muttering to herself, Lee asked with a laugh, “Who are you talking to?” She replied, “If I don’t talk, how else am I supposed to get screentime?”
Lee, clearly amused, joked, “So you’re hungry for airtime?” before turning to the crew and saying with a sparkle in his eye, “Isn’t she just too cute?”
The moment reminded fans of their intense but emotional “poison chemistry” from MBC’s Extraordinary You where they played romantic leads in their rookie days.
Though two years apart in age, Kim Hye Yoon and Lee Jae Wook revealed on the show that they became close friends while working on the drama—and their banter on this episode proved the bond is still going strong.
